The Winners of the 29th Annual Telly Awards have been announced and Integrity Dreams has been recognized with a Bronze Telly in Health and Wellness for its "Integrity Orientation DVD. With a record of more than 15,000 entries from all 50 states and around the world, this year's competition has been the most competitive and successful in the long history of the Telly Awards.

We are thrilled to be able to offer you this incredible new patient education tool that will not only inform your patients, but will also promote your office in a way never before offered. The DVD will be personalized by you providing pictures and logos from your office. The DVD will also feature a Menu Screen that includes the name of your office and a digital X-ray animation as the background, in order to provide you with a screen saver for you to have present when the patient enters the room.

THE PICTURES YOU PROVIDE AND USE FOR YOUR ORIENTATION DVD ARE PERMANENT (for example Staff Photos). THEY CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE PRODUCTION IS COMPLETE OTHERWISE YOU WILL NEED TO REORDER A NEW DVD AT THE NORMAL COST OF $895. You will need to provide us with a CD consisting of a minimum of 30 digital pictures to be taken by you at your office. Delivery of DVD is a minimum of eight weeks from the time that your office pictures arrive into our studios.

Purchase includes 1 copy of the DVD.
*Additional orientation DVD's may be purchased for $49 per DVD.

Replacement Policy

Our Replacement Policy: To request a replacement copy of one of our products that you have misplaced, lost, had stolen or something of similar circumstance, we will replace the product at a 50% discount if the product was purchased within the past two years. If it has been longer than that since you have made the purchase, then we will charge the full price. If the cd is defective at the time of purchase, then we will continue to replace those at no charge as long as we are notified within a 10 business days (shipping and handling not included).
